DSQ-disqualified or double standard qualitied? So yes I held on to a car to survive up a few short sections of the first climb. The Officials stated it was for 30 seconds, but that is impossible to do with more than 36 cars all lined out n the caravan! Maybe 5 seconds or even 10 seconds max. Although they have every right to throw me out, but not when other teams are doing the same. The 3 of us DQD yesterday all were seen holding on, but our directors talked with the officials and we will be allowed to race today. Guess the officials didn’t see other people doing the same thing or even more illegal things….like a mechanic hanging out the car window as he acts like he fixes somebodys bike. Ya I have done all of these things to survive in races, but that is what one is forced to do when even getting to the finish line inside the time cut is nearly impossible.
I am glad I get to suffer another day, thanks goes out to my director and the OUCH director for pleading our case with the officials!

Awesome! Your back. Now it is time to fulfill the promise I made to the sick kid in the hospital across from where I work. I told him you would out sprint cavendish and then only then would he ever be able to walk. So do not let him down. Is there anyway to see some of your powerfiles on here? I saw some of the pros and it is just sick. I barely break 4watts/kg and you guys are holding 5.5-7. Holy S*&^!!!

Huff, if you was the Bird you would sling shot off the roof racks on the team cars. That’s what the lirch does any ways. Never ever been caught and I believe it’s because Im an extra 3 feet away from the car when I do that. So the officials are not sure what they just saw. I do feel for you being a fat kid on the block myself, and that climb is a wall, not a mtn. So my heart goes out to you. I just hope you can beat Cavendish, because some poor kid is banking on it, and what a shame if that doesn’t happen. But then again, i’ve promise a lot of thing too that never happen. Like stop having babies, and 9 kids later Im still making them. You know what Im saying.
