For goodness sack it is late October and it is hard to come up with totally awesome material everyday!

Nice picture of the melangeur. What chocolate factory is this? Next time you are in Berkeley with Jelly Belly, go check out the Scharffen Berger. That have a great melangeur for crushing coccoa beans.
